ALCATRAZ Makes It To Fall Lineup, LOCKE & KEY Does Not, WONDER WOMAN Close To A Pickup

The TV networks have not announced its official fall schedule yet, but most have just announced which shows have made the cut for the fall lineup. J.J. Abram’s Alcatraz has been picked up, but comic book adaptation Locke & Key didn’t make the cut to the Fox team. Wonder Woman is close to being picked up by NBC, but no official word yet.

Alcatraz “follows a team of FBI agents who try to unravel the mystery involving a group of Alcatraz prisoners and guards who vanished 30 years earlier only to reappear in the present day” and brings back a few familiar faces from the sci-fi genre: Jorge Garcia of Lost, Sam Neill of many movies and television shows, Robert Forster and Santiago Cabrera of Heroes, Paul McGillion of Stargate Atlantis, and Robert Lawrenson of Sanctuary.

Locke & Key was to be a miniseries adaptation of the popular IDW comic of the same name by Joe Hill. The hope is that Fox may have other plans for it.

David E. Kelley’s Wonder Woman, starring Adrianne Palicki, has supposedly been picked up for the fall by NBC, but the network has yet to make it official.
