Star of The Host to Join Ryan Gosling’s HOW TO CATCH A MONSTER

Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut film How to Catch a Monster has gained another cast member. Last week we told you that Matt Smith (Doctor Who), Christina Hendricks (Mad Men) and Eva Mendes (Ghost Rider) had all signed on to the film and today they are joined by star of The Host and Hanna, Saoirse Ronan. All stellar actors signed on to a very mysterious film. All we really have at the moment is a short synopsis.

How to Catch a Monster weaves elements of fantasy noir, horror and suspense into a modern day fairytale. Set against the surreal dreamscape of a vanishing city, Billy, a single mother of two, is swept into a macabre and dark fantasy underworld while Bones, her 18-yr-old son, discovers a secret road leading to an underwater town. Both Billy and Bones must dive deep into the mystery, if their family is to survive.

No real idea who will play what except that Christina Hendricks will be playing Billy, and no release date as of yet, but we will keep you posted on Ryan Gosling’s How to Catch a Monster.
