Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Serenity, Dr. Horrible’s Sing-a-long Blog) has boarded director James Gunn’s comedy Super. The star joins Rainn Wilson, Ellen Page, Kevin Bacon, Gregg Henry, Michael Rooker, and Linda Cardellini in the superhero spoof, currently filming in Louisiana. Fillion previously starred in Gunn’s 2006 horror-comedy Slither.
In SUPER, Fillion will play a pop icon who inspires Super’s lead character (Wilson) to dress up like a superhero.
As a fan of James Gunn movie, you know I was already in line to see SUPER. As a Browncoat, now there is no way I can miss it!
