We’ve got some cool pictures from the set of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows and one of it’s new characters, Xenophilius Lovegood (sometimes called Xeno for short), who is the Father of my personal favorite character ‘Loony’ Luna Lovegood.
British actor Rhys Ifans who can be seen in theaters now in “Pirate Radio” (or “The Boat that Rocked” depending on where you live). Lovegood is the editor-in-chief of the conspiracy theory/cryptozoology magazine “The Quibbler”. Many think that The Quibbler is rubbish, and some have referred to it as a “lunatic rag”.
Xenophilius Lovegood’s wife died in a magical accident when their daughter, Luna, was nine years old, leaving Xenophilius to raise Luna himself. He shares his daughter’s strange beliefs, and is likely the source of them.
